KEY POINTS

• The amount of your Membership Fee is determined by the type of living unit you choose.
• Participation in the Membership Program reduces your monthly rate.
• Should you need to move into our Assisted Living facility, your Membership Fee can be used to pay for rent and personal care services.
• If you release your apartment (due to move-out or death) 75% of your Membership Fee,
  less the Application Fee, will be returned to you when the next resident moves into your apartment regardless of how long you have resided at Pioneer Village. (If you were to use your Membership Fee for Assisted Care services, that amount would also be deducted.)

HOW IT WORKS

• Your membership at Pioneer Village gives you access to all of the benefits of the property’s services and facilities. You’ll have peace of mind knowing you are planning for the future. The exact Membership Fee amount is determined by the size and location of the apartment you choose. The membership investment is not considered a real estate transaction and is nontransferable.
• Members also pay a monthly rate based on the size and location of the apartment. This fee includes utilities (electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, and garbage), regular housekeeping, 24-hour emergency response system, use of all amenities and activities and much more.
