At Pioneer Village we believe that life should be lived to the fullest. That is why we offer a full program of Assisted Living services, and you only pay for the services you need. These services are in addition to the monthly rent and are based on individual assessments performed by our professional staff. 

As a resident of our Assisted Living Apartments, your monthly rent includes:

• Three meals each day, served in our elegant dining room
• Weekly housekeeping service
• Planned daily activities
• All utilities (except cable TV and telephone)
• Scheduled transportation in our deluxe bus for shopping, banking, activities and medical appointments
• Access to all of the community amenities
• Around-the-clock staffing to monitor our emergency response system

Other services that are available as part of your personalized support plan:

• Washing personal laundry
• Medication management and administration
• General health supervision and interventions by licensed staff
• Assistance with bathing
• Assistance with dressing
• Assistance with meals
• Accommodating special diets
• Providing special care at night, as needed
• Scheduled tray service for short periods of time
• Frequent housekeeping and personal services

Fees for these services are determined by professional staff assessment.
